NYLP Strategic Priority:

To participate with employers to raise skills levels across the county

The Selby Area Learning Partnership is seeking to:

• Establish an Employment Skills Task Group to develop contacts with EDO’s and SRIP Theme Champions including those supporting sub-regional themes e.g. renaissance
• Ensure local provision is planned to support economic priorities and that learning and skills issues are sufficiently taken into account in economic development
• Ensure that Selby District Council’s strategic priorities address learning and skills needs.
