NYLP Strategic Priority:

To provide an effective infrastructure to enable North Yorkshire to meet Skills for Life targets.

The NYCALP Skills for Life Task Group is seeking to bring providers together to:

• Audit existing SfL provision
• Produce a collaborative delivery plan to meet SfL needs in the district
• Create short taster opportunities
• Ensure that family learning and basic skills tutors work in partnership
• Ensure required qualifications for SfL tutors are available in the NYCALP area.
